Louis XV ivory Christ on its blackened wood cross, set into its original gilt wood frame, deep green velvet in the background (Tassinari & Chatel fabric). 18th century fine production (Dieppe, France).

In good condition. 2 fingers are missing. The gold leaf gilt wood frame has been gold leaf gilt again during 19th century. The whole set is beautiful.
