Pair of Empire Paris porcelain vases decorated with fine polychromatic Italian landscapes on one side, a bleu de Sèvres on the other side, enhanced with a beautiful fine gold gilt (matte and shiny finish). Early 19th century period circa 1830.
Tall model, strong decorative effect, in excellent condition. Gilt is outstandingly fresh with local wear on the base ; no accident. Almost as good as new after 200 years.
