Lacquered pier glass or trumeau, lacquered and gold leaf gilt wood, elegant Louis XVI production (18th century, circa 1780-90), decorated with an antique vase and a crown of laurels.

It still has its original gold leaf, original mercury mirror that sparkles very nicely, in 2 parts.

Very decorative piece, it is high but narrow : it can be placed above a fireplace, on a desk between 2 windows... Entirely made of 18th century materials, our pier glass is not that heavy and can easily be suspended.

It is in excellent condition. Gilt was cleaned by our gilder.

Height: 186cm
Width: 107cm
