Large gilt wood mirror circa 1765-1770. Gold leaf gilt wood, mercury mirror.
Beautiful pattern : laurel wreaths announce neoclassical (future Louis XVI style) while the mirror structure is Louis XV.
Our mirror can be suspended above a commode, console or placed above a fireplace.
It is in excellent condition, gilt has just been cleaned by our restorer.
