Beautiful somno or bedside table made of mahogany and mahogany veneer, topped by a luxurious bleu turquin marble.

This is an Empire production - back from Egypt style (late 18th century, circa 1795-1800).

Top quality production ; Egyptian heads are particularly finely carved. It is the work of a great cabinet maker. This may be a production from Jacob, not stamped.

Our somno is veneered on the 4 faces, and can play the role a base to hold a statue in the center of a lounge.

Height: 92cm
Width: 38 x 40cm
