Beautiful commode or chest of drawers, France circa 1740 Regence - early Louis XV. Rosewood and violet marquetry.

Original gilt bronze decoration and thick "tombstone" marble (red-rose Languedoc marble).

Beautiful model, pure lines and elegat despite its large size. It opens with 4 drawers.

Our chest of drawers is in perfect condition, just restored with a new varnish. superb.
