Beautiful pair of Louis XVI seats - so-called a la Reine armchairs - 18th century Parisian production, finely carved ribbons decoration. Both are stamped Adrien Pierre Dupain (Parisian seatmaker, became a master in 1772, worked a lot for Marie Antoinette for Chateau de Saint Cloud).

In excellent condition ; restored, covered with a beautiful bright red / coral coloured high quality silk. Original antique lacquer.
