Paris porcelain coffee cup decorated with pink lotus flowers and gold threads. The saucer is signed Dagoty Paris underneath. This gilt mark was used until 1804 (date of imperial approval). Empire period / Consulate period, early 19th century.

Dagoty manufacture is one of the most prestigious porcelain factories active in Paris under the Empire and the French Restoration, during early 19th century. Empress Joséphine crowned the company by granting it the coveted title of Manufacture of HM the Empress, then that of Manufacture of HRH Madame the Duchess of Angoulême. PL Dagoty (from 1815 to 1820).

In very good condition, no accident, gilt a little locally worn out.
