Tall Louis XVI mirror, wooden frame gilt with gold leaf, original mercury glass inside, green painted background. Louis XVI period, late 18th century.

This is a provencal work topped by a music instruments trophy, typical of the slight elegance of Provence in 18th century : one feels, despite a very French style, influences of Italy.

Beautiful, tall piece, very decorative. In excellent condition ; superb gilt cleaned by our gilder.
