Spectacular French Louis XV violetwood veneered commode / chest of drawers, Parisian 18th century production circa 1750.

4 drawers, oak tree structure, thick carved Portor marble, rich ormolu ornamentation. It is stamped IB HEDOUIN (Jean Baptiste Hedouin, master in 1738).

Our piece is spectacular and very elegant. In perfect condition, superb piece of furniture. It was completedly restored as new, with a traditional varnish. The marble has been repaired.
