French antique dressing table, rosewood, amaranth and box-tree marquetry veneered, Transition Louis XV - Louis XVI period circa 1760 - 1770.
Fine marquetry picturing music trophees, finely chiseled ormolu ornamentation. Not stamped but for sure it is the work af a talented Parisian cabinet maker - it has all features of a high-quality piece of furniture. It has its original mercury mirror.
The antique varnish was cleaned and polished by our restorer. Fresh colors, no lack, antique veneer repairs ; it is a beautiful piece of furniture, typical of French Nobility bedroom furniture during 18th century.
