Pair of finely chiseled ormolu candlesticks, mercury gilt, 18th century circa 1770 - 1780.

Rich, beautiful model, late Louis XV or early Louis XVI production (the shape is Louis XV, the decoration style is completely Louis XVI with acanthus, pearls, laurels and ribs) composed of 6 separate parts.

In very good condition, gilt is well preserved.
