Large sterling silver vegetable dish, mid 19th century production.

Top of the range production, finely chiseled cabbage and leave-shaped handles.

A coat of arms is engraved on the pieces, a crown of count on top.

French hallmark Minerva 1st standard, and silversmith stamps on each piece. The silversmiths stamps show that our dish has been manufactured between 1851 and 1853.

In good condition with small hollows consistent with usage after 170 years. No major distorsion or accident. The set is still spectacular.
